What is the refill reset service?

It is our own environmentally friendly service that refills and resets your used franking ink cartridge with Royal Mail approved ink, ready to use again, at a lower cost than buying a brand new cartridge.

How does the refill reset service work?

Your cartridge is refilled with Royal Mail approved ink and the ink level is reset so your franking machine recognises it as full and ready to use. Contact us on 01543 572 776 and we will explain the simple steps for your machine.

Which franking machines is the refill reset service available for?

We offer the refill reset service on a range of franking machine ink cartridges across the main brands. If you are not sure whether your model is covered, contact us and we will confirm availability for your machine.

Is the refilled ink Royal Mail approved?

Yes. We only use Royal Mail approved ink, so your franking impressions stay clear, scannable and accepted by Royal Mail.

Can you refill red ink cartridges?

No. Red ink is no longer accepted by Royal Mail, so all current franking uses blue. Our refill reset service supplies Royal Mail approved smart blue and Mailmark blue ink only.

How much can I save with the refill reset service?

The refill reset service is a lower-cost alternative to buying a brand new cartridge, so you save money on every refill while also reducing waste.
